If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product, however each piece is currently made to order so please keep this in mind when making a purchase.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories
- The product is unworn, unwashed and free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear, with all product tags attached.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions.
Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) on your original method of payment. You’ll receive an email when your credit has been processed, generally within a week of when we receive your return.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non refundable.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Defective items must be reported within 5 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not be able issue a refund.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
