How do I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking to update.

Will you carry Plus Sizes? We currently carry sizes 0-12, but we are working on expanding our size range to include larger sizes in the future. However if you are interested in ordering a custom piece, please contact us with your measurements and we will do our best to accommodate you.
I’d like to modify my order/I ordered the wrong size. What can I do? Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify any details of your order after it has been placed. We can, however, cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct item. Please contact us at email@example.com for help.
I received my order and something is wrong. What should I do? We are so sorry for the inconvenience. If you've received your order and something's wrong please let us know within 5 days. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo and/ or description of the problem.
Do you offer price adjustments for past sales? Unfortunately we are not able to offer price adjustments for past orders at this time.
